Precision Machining Services is always looking to add qualified personnel to our team of professionals. All positions require excellent people skills, high mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of or experience in ISO/AS standards is a big plus. Candidate must have a minimum 5 years CNC experience involving G-code programming. Experience with Mastercam is a big plus. Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to keep open dialogue with the shop floor. Duties include tool management and assisting with set-up and operation to achieve optimum cycle times. Familiarity with military standards and specs, knowledge of aerospace industry and ISO experience is a plus. Candidates should be familiar with all aspects of machine shop work (manual and CNC).
Quality
Control Technician
Candidate must have a minimum 3 years in machine
shop environment and be computer literate. Applicant should have knowledge
of CMM, GD&T and all hand tools associated with quality control. Familiarity
with military standards and specs and knowledge of aerospace industry
is a plus.

Senior
CNC Mill Machinist
Candidate must have a minimum 5-7 years CNC Mill
experience, be able to do “G” code programming, perform advanced
fixture setup and be able to work in tight tolerances. Need excellent
knowledge of set-up and tooling applications. Experience with Mastercam,
Fadal or Hyundai is a plus. Position requires rational thought, excellent
people skills, high mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently.
CNC
Mill Machinist
Candidate must have a minimum 2 years CNC Mill experience,
Mastercam experience a plus. Qualified candidates should be able to do
“G” code programming, complete machine set-up and be able to
program at the machine. Need excellent knowledge of set-up and tooling
applications. Candidates should be familiar with all aspects of machine
shop work (manual and CNC). Fadal or Hyundai experience is a plus.
CNC
Lathe Operator
Candidate must have a minimum 2 years CNC Lathe experience.
Qualified candidates should be able to do complete machine set-up, and
be able to program at the machine. Need excellent knowledge of set-up
and tooling applications. Candidates should be familiar with all aspects
of machine shop work (manual and CNC). Fadal or Hyundai experience is
a plus.
